We operate out of Rural Nicaragua meaning, your NICAMADE purchase may be traveling a long way to reach your doorstep. Leave a note at checkout if you have a tight deadline for receiving your package and we will do our best to accommodate!

Where are you shipping from?
We ship through DHL directly from Nicaragua, and shipping cost will vary based on location and weight. When proceeding to checkout your shipping cost will be displayed.
When will I get my order?
Since our items are made to order, you’ll receive your order within 2-3 weeks depending on the item. Any doubts or questions can be sent to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number to access your goods. Any questions regarding shipping please send us an email with detailed information to email@example.com.
No tracking information provided?
Tracking information is updated when your package information has been sent to the carrier. Tracking information for USA and international orders are available once our third-party shipper has received packages. You will not see movement on your tracking instantly, but rest assured it's on its way! Please ensure your correct E-Mail address is on file at the time of order if you want to receive tracking updates.
International customers are responsible for all custom paperwork or duty fees within their own countries. If you need us to make other accommodations, please leave a note at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

A 10% restocking fee applies per returned/exchanged item plus any shipping expense.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team starts the fulfillment process as soon as possible so if you would like to cancel your order, please notify us straight away so we are able to do our greatest to honor your request.
My package hasn’t shown up, but tracking said it has been delivered, what do I do?
NICA MADE isn't liable for lost or potentially stolen packages. Your post office and carrier can be of assistance.
