—  How do you develop new products?
We are inspired by our traditions, landscapes and heritage. We cooperate with artisans and designers in order to combine talented craftsmanship and contemporary design. 

 

—  How does NICA MADE benefits artisans?

Through key associations with national and global associations, we have had the opportunity to supply sustainable income for artisans permitting them to break the pattern of poverty. Artisans are provided with specialized aptitudes and training in order to create excellent craftsmanship for the international market.

—  How do I return a product?
All products can be returned no later than 7 days of your delivery. Please direct all returns to hello@nicamade.com. Please make sure to email the correct order information and the reason for your return.

Items in Sale are final and no returns are accepted after purchase. All sales are final.

A 10% restocking fee applies per returned/exchanged item plus any shipping expense.

 

—  Where do you ship to?
Thanks to our partners we are able to ship worldwide!

 

—  How much does shipping cost?

We transport directly from Nicaragua, and shipping cost will vary for every area and weight. Transportation cost will be shown in your shopping cart when proceeding to check out. 

—  When can I expect my products?
Our products are handcrafted and taken extra effort to insure that they are protected and high quality. Please allow from 2-3 weeks for delivery.  If you have any doubts or questions please feel free to email hello@nicamade.com.

—  How can I track my package?
When orders are prepared to deliver, we will provide you with a tracking number, this will be your access to track your goods.  If you have any inquiry in regards to shipping please send us an email with detailed information to hello@nicamade.com.

 

—  I would like to change my shipping address?
It´s not a problem to change the delivery address if your order hasn’t been transported. Please send an email including the new address and order information to hello@nicamade.com.

—  This product is a gift? Can you do gift wrap?
Because of customs standards and due to the fact that we are transporting from Nicaragua, our packages must be suitable for customs checks, however, we can include a customized note. Please send any inquiry to hello@nicamade.com, it will be our pleasure to assist you.
